To become a recycling processor for the Authority's standard plan you must agree to conform to the "preferred" processing standards outlined in the link below. If you would like to be a materials processor for the plan please review the preferred standards and call us to discuss opportunities. Processor service providers will be chosen based on the quality of service offered, the competitiveness of the submitted rates, and the overall best value to the Authority. The Authority may choose more than one processor to handle the volume of CEP's received based on gthe processor's proximity to CEP's collected and market conditions.
